East Dean is located 6 miles north of Chichester, a stone’s throw from Goodwood, West Dean College and the Weald & Downland Living Museum.
The village sits in a valley of the South Downs, with plenty of glorious walks and cycling routes available. As well as the internationally renowned horse racing and motorsports events at Goodwood, you can also play golf at the highly regarded Courses on the estate; polo matches at Cowdray Park are also within easy reach.
With the beautiful city of Chichester to the South, and the delightful market towns of Petworth and Midhurst to the North, East Dean is the perfect base to explore the South Downs.
